Specific Guidelines for Partners and Affiliates
- Co-Branding: Partners and affiliates may use the Trademarks for approved co-branding purposes. Such use must comply with the Company’s brand guidelines and contractual agreements.
- Website Use: Affiliates may use the Trademarks on their websites solely to link to PartyBands.com. The Trademarks must not be used as part of a domain name, subdomain, or social media handle without express permission.
Reporting Unauthorized Use
If you become aware of any unauthorized or improper use of the Trademarks, please notify the Company immediately at trademarks@partybands.com. Provide as much information as possible, including the location and context of the unauthorized use.
Reservation of Rights
The Company reserves all rights to its Trademarks not expressly granted in these guidelines. The Company may modify these guidelines at any time and without notice. Continued use of the Trademarks constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
